Josh Heupel Is A Top 10 Football Coach, Says National Publication

Is Tennessee’s Josh Heupel a top ten college football coach?

On3 Sports seems to think so, at least.

J.D. Pickell — a national college football voice for the publication — has Heupel in the top ten.

Tenth. But top ten nonetheless.

Pickell has Kirby Smart at No. 1, Ryan Day at No. 2, and Steve Sarkisian at No. 3.

I have no problem with any of these.

But for some reason he then put Kalen Deboer at No. 4 and I think that’s crazy.

Sure, Deboer did well at Washington, but he’s doomed at Alabama.

Gonna be a total failure.

Anyway, Dan Lanning fifth, Marcus Freeman sixth, Dabo seventh, Brian Kelly eighth, James Franklin ninth, then our boy.

Not a bad list, in my opinion, with the exception of Deboer being too high.
