Here’s Where Tennessee Stands In Joe Lunardi’s Latest Bracketology
By Cody McClure
The Vols fell from No. 1 in the AP Poll, down to No. 6, after last week’s 30-point loss at Florida.
But the college basketball season is a marathon, not a sprint. Does Tennessee’s resume stack up well enough to still earn the Vols a No. 1 seed in March?
No.
At least, not right now, according to ESPN’s Joe Lunardi.
Tennessee fell to the 2-line despite having only one loss on the season and following up the Florida loss with a gritty road win vs. Texas.
Lunardi’s update has Auburn, Duke, Iowa State, and Alabama as the current No. 1’s.
Tennessee is a 2-seed along with Kansas, Marquette, and Florida.
