Hellmann’s Announces Will Levis Inspired Cologne
By Tucker Harlin
Mayonnaise and football have united quite a bit over the last four seasons.
Duke’s Mayo now sponsors both an early season game and bowl game in Charlotte. These include mayo inspired takes on popular concessions stand items and mayo baths for the coaches of the winning team.
Hellmann’s got into a piece of NFL marketing Tuesday when it announced the release of a line of cologne inspired by Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis.
The fragrance you’ve been craving is here. Introducing Will Levis No. 8, Parfum de Mayonnaise. Daily supply is limited.https://t.co/JKguMXqV7d pic.twitter.com/cJZVYNQlNC

SEC football fans were first introduced to Will Levis in 2021 by videos of him chowing down on unpeeled bananas. During SEC Media Days in 2022, Levis created a horrid concoction when he used mayonnaise as a coffee creamer.
Hellmann’s took the origins of Levis’ mayo use into account when releasing Will Levis No. 8, adding “subtle coffee undertones” to go with the primary scent of mayonnaise. Tart lemon, parsley, and vanilla will also be featured in Will Levis No. 8.
Duke’s has already had some fun with Hellmann’s marketing scheme.

The bottles of Will Levis No. 8 are priced affordably at $8, but Hellmann’s warns that daily supplies are limited.
