Outlaw is from Pike Road, Alabama.
There is a pair of offensive skill players in the Big 10 to recently come out of Pike Road in former Ole Miss and current Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins and Penn State wide receiver Trey Wallace.
Outlaw is Tennessee’s sixth commitment in the class of 2026, but only the second commitment on defense. The first was defensive lineman Tyson Bacon.
Oddly enough, both Bacon and Outlaw are from Alabama. Bacon is from just south of Birmingham while Outlaw is from just east of Montgomery.
