Tennessee and Georgia Tech have scheduled a home-and-home football series.

The news was announced Wednesday, per a UT release.

Games will take place in 2026 and 2027 with the Vols traveling to Atlanta first in ‘26 and Georgia Tech traveling to Neyland Stadium in ‘27.

This series agreement replaces Nebraska on Tennessee’s schedule after the Cornhuskers canceled the previously scheduled games with Tennessee, per the release.

"After Nebraska canceled the series, our main focus was to secure another home-and-home matchup with an opponent from a Power Four conference, which seemed improbable at the time," AD Danny White said. "I sincerely appreciate Athletic Director J Batt's creativity in modifying Georgia Tech's schedule to make this series possible. We look forward to seeing plenty of orange in Atlanta in 2026!"

The Vols lead the all-time series with Tech 25-17-2.

The teams last faced off in 2017 at the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta with UT winning 42-41 in double overtime.
