Updated Fanrun NCAA ‘25 Top 10

1. Jon Reed (12-1)

Jon has proven his worth as the best player at Fanrun.

After Cody McClure’s six-month vacation, Jon has settled a grudge with the varsity athlete and forced a changing of the guard against the once dynastic Cody.

At this rate, Jon’s record will be difficult for anyone to contend with.

2A and 2B- Jack and Miles

Despite abstaining from competition in the Fanrun annex, Jack and Miles fared well in the Fanrun NCAA ‘25 tournament at Knox Esports, earning their ways to the tournament semifinals.

The tournament consisted of 32 teams, so performing at a high level Saturday was no small feat for these two.

4. Cody McClure (3-2)

The NCAA ‘25 release has seen this varsity athlete fall from grace.

After boasting a worldwide Top 100 status in the NCAA ‘14 iteration, Cody has succumbed to archrival Jon Reed on a handful of occasion at Fanrun HQ.

Cody has not been able to play as much recently due to various appointments he’s had to be at during the day.

5. Intern Matt

It’s been noted that Intern Matt defeated Jon at one point during a friendly.

It’s also been noted that Montgomery Matt only uses Alabama in NCAA ‘25.

His skill is in question until he can lead a lesser program to new heights.

6. Marcus Young (9-5)

First of all, in our defense, we would just like to point out that Milwaukee Marcus Young has primarily beaten up on weaker competition in the first week of NCAA ‘25.

His biggest margins of victory have come against Intern Spencer of Overtime, who has loudly proclaimed he’s only playing station personalities for a good time.

7. Tim “Peaches” Hill (2-7)

Tim “Peaches” Hill is the only player that has silenced Jon Reed in the Fanrun HQ.

However, Peaches is snakebitten, losing twice to Jon and to Milwaukee Marcus Young.

Peaches’ strength of schedule is the reason why he finds himself in this week’s Top 10.

8. William Patteson (1-2)

Overtime Bill has come up on the losing end to his archrival Jon Reed, just like his Jacksonville Jaguars ended the season with a loss to the Tennessee Titans.

William has time to improve his stock over the course of the season, and a few more tries with the sticks should increase his rank.

9. Russell Smith (3-4)

After some initial fears that the game may have passed him by, Russell looks fresh like an artist rendering of a brand new stadium.

Russell has distanced himself from the others who received votes with his wins over the fringes of the Top 10 near the end of the week.

10. Intern Jace (1-0)

The sample size is limited on this one, but Jace has been able to take down Coach Skelton and the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders with his Georgia State Panthers in his Road to Glory.

Jace also gets credit for playing with a less desirable program than others at the Fanrun annex.

OTHERS RECEIVING VOTES

Houston Kress (0-2)

After personally telling the committee it had produced bulletin board material by sticking him at 10 last week, the Vol Rumor Mill pitched away his chances at cracking the Top 10 to Russell Smith at the goal line.

But the committee can confirm his team runs out of the tunnel to “Schism” by Tool.

Christian Skelton (1-2)

Coach Skelton and the Blue Raiders took a big hit from their top three ranking at the beginning of the season.

Strength of schedule has been demanding for MTSU’s finest, but they lack any quality wins after the first week.
