I hope you like Lenny Kravitz, because if you like SEC football, he’s about to live in your head.

The conference premiered a variation of “Fly Away” with Quavo as its anthem for college football broadcasts on ABC

I’m a big fan of pizza. I also enjoy Kit Kat bars.

That said, I’d never put Kit Kats on my pizza as a topping.

It’s the same principle with Lenny Kravitz and SEC football.

“Fly Away” and “Are You Gonna Go My Way” are both jams, but “Fly Away” in particular is not one that I would pair with SEC football.

The other thing you have to remember with this anthem is that you’re going to hear it consistently for about three and a half months. I’d rather not have “Fly Away” ruined for me because it’s overplayed by ABC.

SEC football officially begins on ABC August 31 with Georgia and Clemson kicking off at noon in Atlanta, so that’s when it’ll get stuck in every SEC fan’s head.
