Natty Tickets Are Shockingly, Outrageously, Historically High
By Cody McClure
If you want to attend the National Championship game between Ohio State and Notre Dame — why would you — you will have to pay a historically high price.
These tickets are outrageous on the secondary market, as Barrett Sallee pointed out today on X.
Currently, they average out to $4,953 apiece. The highest they’ve ever been.
I mean, son of a bitch.
I understand there’s a high demand when your team plays for a natty, but who can reasonably afford this?
Both teams have had quite the championship drought, so they’re understandably excited for this one.
I guess somebody will buy them. Hopefully they have a small family.
Last year’s tickets averaged out to $3,282, according to Ticket IQ.
The highest average before this year’s game was the 2018 Alabama vs. Georgia natty, which came out to a $4,040 average.
