Chaz Lanier Will Join Chris Lofton In This Elite Category Tonight

If he hits his 100th career three-pointer, anyway.

Lanier is set to join Chris Lofton and Santiago Vescovi as the only Tennessee players to make 100-plus triples in a single season, according to Rocky Top Insider’s Ryan Schumpert.

The next three-pointer that Chaz Lanier hits will be his 100th of the season.

I’d say it’s a safe bet Lanier hits a three tonight. If he doesn’t, we’re probably in trouble.

The next three from Lanier will be career No. 100 and it will come in March, a month in which we need it most.

Pretty elite stuff from Chaz. In case you missed it, he’s one of the best shooting guards in the country.
