The Tennessee Volunteers will begin their 2020 campaign against the South Carolina Gamecocks tonight in Columbia. After a long offseason filled with unknowns, Tennessee will begin game one of its 10-game schedule featuring only SEC opponents.

The weather in Columbia during kickoff will be around 77 degrees with only a 5 percent chance of rain. The partly cloudy skies should provide a great backdrop for the first night game of the SEC season.

Tennessee is currently the betting favorite in tonight’s game across multiple platforms. The betting lines, according to MyBookie.ag, are as follows:

The Vols defeated the Gamecocks by a score of 41-21 on a chilly Knoxville night in late October 2019. Vols quarterback Jarrett Guarantano threw for 229 yards on 11-of-19 targets, while also adding two touchdowns without an interception. Running back Ty Chandler had 16 carries for 78 yards, leading a ground game that racked up 134 total yards. The Vols also added in two special team scores via a blocked kick and punt return score.
