Tennessee Fan Forced To Clean Anti-Butch Graffiti To Avoid Arrest Inside Alabama’s Stadium

10:26 p.m. update: Upon further review, it seems as though the ‘F’ word is a bit more naughty than the originally-thought “fire” word.

The anti-Butch Jones movement has spread far and wide, which has been well-documented.

One Vol fan who was brave enough to make the trek to be in-person in Tuscaloosa to see Tennessee’s 45-7 loss to the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday wanted to spread the message as well.

However, he was caught in the act and forced by either University of Alabama or Tuscaloosa Police to clean up the sharpie message, which seemingly says “F— Butch” off the Bryant-Denny Stadium bleachers. Sad!

The University of Alabama is a public institution, so this fan was clearly denied his First Amendment right of free speech in peacefully protesting against a coach who is now responsible for three of the four largest losses to Alabama in school history.

It is also a real shame that this fan was threatened with jail time over this “vandalism” instead of a citation or fine.

You’re telling me ‘Bama police get butthurt over some sharpie on their bleachers, but not this?

Control your own fans before you start to crack down on people using markers, ‘Bama.

These actions are almost as shameful as the performance of the Tennessee offense tonight, which was out-gained by the Tide 604 to 108.

Oh well, we will not let anyone, even the police, stop the movement until John Currie does the inevitable!
