Was Last Night The Worst Super Bowl Ever?

When you take into account the three key elements of the Super Bowl — the game, the commercials, and the halftime show — last night was one of the worst Super Bowls ever.

The game was an absolute bloodbath. 40-6 before the Chiefs tossed a couple garbage time touchdowns to make it 40-22.

But at no point in the second half did you think Kansas City was going to come back and win.

The Eagles just absolutely bludgeoned them.

And that halftime show. Don’t get me started.

Didn’t care for it at all. Too flashy. Too much dancing around.

Where were the rock and roll guitars? Where were the actual musicians?

All that mumbling, I could barely even hear what the guy was saying. And I didn’t know any of the songs.

Plus this year we hardly got any memorable commercials.

I suppose the Clydesdales were back. That was cool, but I missed it live.

And then there was the “boobs” commercial promoting cancer awareness. That was good.

And somebody told me something about some mustache commercial that was good but I didn’t see it.

IDK. Last night just didn’t feel like the Super Bowl.

Kind of underwhelming. I give it a 6.8 out of 10.

Still a decent rating all things considered, as we remain slaves to the NFL.
