Tennessee Basketball Transfer Tracker: November 15-18
By Tucker Harlin
It’s a busy weekend for the recent transfers out of Tennessee. Three of the five transfers played against power five opponents while the other two will battle it out with mid-majors.
Jonas Aidoo will once again not be featured in this installment of the transfer tracker as he continues to battle an injury.
BJ EDWARDS
Friday was a night to forget for Andy Enfield and the Pony Express.
SMU suffered its first loss of the season at the hands of Butler in Hinkle Fieldhouse.
The 81-70 loss was bad for the Mustangs, and former Vol B.J. Edwards struggled mightily. Edwards scored a singular point, grabbed four rebounds and a pair of steals while netting a pair of assists.
FREDDIE DILIONE V
Unlike his predecessor as a backup point guard, Freddie Dilione actually had a nice evening in Penn State’s 86-64 romping of Virginia Tech in the Hall of Fame Series Friday.
Dilione scored 11 points on a night where he went 2/4 from distance. Additional numbers included five rebounds, four steals, and a pair of assists.

TOBE AWAKA
#9 Arizona couldn’t hang in a 103-88 loss at Wisconsin Friday. There was a combined 63 fouls called and 87 free throws attempted in this game, but the Badgers won big from with 12/27 night from three compared to the 4/23 the Wildcats shot.
Tobe Awaka just missed a double-double, finishing with nine points, 13 rebounds, and an assists.
In a game that evolved into a foul fest, it’s no surprise Awaka fouled out.
D.J. JEFFERSON
Longwood defeated UT Martin 64-62 Saturday.
The “athlete who plays basketball” according to Google played a solid three minutes for the Lancers. D.J. Jefferson scored a point and grabbed two rebounds.
