Norwegian Soccer Fans Are Now Throwing Fish Cakes From The Stands

Well, this is a new one.

Norway has decided to abandon video refereeing (VAR) because fans hate it.

Soccer fans in the country have made it quite clear that they do not support the VAR system put into place back in 2023.

They have done so by throwing objects onto the field.

Earlier this season, a game was abandoned as fans tossed fish cakes onto the pitch.

They’ve also been throwing champagne corks, croissants, and tennis balls, according to ESPN.

Where are the think pieces from the Big J Journalists?

Good thing none of these folks had golf balls or mustard bottles on them, as that would be a real tragedy.
