Hey Man, We Might Be Getting Weed Soon

The proposed Tennessee Cannabis Act is looking to make recreational cannabis legal in the Volunteer State.

Senator Jeff Yarbro on Tuesday introduced a bill which would allow for personal or recreational marijuana used, per a report from WSMV.

It also would provide rules for dispensaries on production and distribution.

The act reportedly allows users 21 and older to possess and transports marijuana (but no more than 60 grams).

You could also theoretically grow pot plants in you’re home.

We’ll see if this gains any traction.
