Dalton Knecht And Grant Williams Are Now Teammates

Vol Hoops legend Dalton Knecht was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers last night.

They shipped him off to Charlotte to play for the Hornets.

Where basketball dreams go to die, some say.

After the Lakers added Luke Doncic in recent days, they apparently no longer need Knecht’s services on offense. They were more interesting in getting the center position figured out.

So as a result, Knecht will be coming back closer to God’s Country. Away from evil Hollywood.

Williams was traded to the Hornets right around this time last year.

He’s currently dealing with an ACL injury but it could be quite interesting to see him with Knecht when he’s ultimately healthy.

We’ll see if the two Rick Barnes standouts end up on the court together.

Knecht was recently thrown out of a Lakers game shortly after being berated by his coach.
