Atlanta’s 2025 baseball campaign is off to a putrid start, and as a result, the Braves have abruptly pulled the plug on manager Brian Snitker.

Reports have surfaced today that indicate Tennessee head baseball coach Tony Vitello is the top target for the Braves, and unfortunately, he’s “extremely interested.”

Our worst fears may be coming true, as it has become clear that Vitello wants to show off his coaching ability in the major leagues.

TV has accomplished all he can at the college level.

The Vols’ skipper took the program to new heights by winning a national championship last season, and he apparently has no interest in turning UT into a dynasty.

The 2024 natty is as good as it’s going to get.

Many reports are saying that Vitello will accept the job when offered. Many, many reports.

And while we’ll all be devastated when Tony Vols is no longer Tony Vols, let’s try to remember the good times.

And also remember that today is April Fools’ Day.
