Tennessee Baseball’s Marcus Phillips has been named SEC Co-Pitcher of the Week.

Phillips received the award today after a weekend outing that saw him pitch a seven-inning complete game vs. Florida.

The No. 1 Vols shut out the Gators by run rule Saturday afternoon, clinching the series.

Phillips, a junior, struck out seven, scattered five hits, and issued just one walk in his first career SEC start.

The complete-game shutout was the first by a Tennessee pitcher since 2022.
