A Knoxville-Bound Jet Nearly Collided With A Southwest Flight Yesterday

A jet that nearly collided with a Southwest Airlines flight on Tuesday was reportedly heading to Knoxville.

It’s just the latest in a series of weird situations involving planes recently.

This was a big story yesterday as the two planes nearly hit each other at Chicago’s Midway Airport.

WVLT reported that the private jet was about to be en route to Knoxville.

Video shows the two planes coming in near each other as the Southwest flight is forced to perform a go-around maneuver as a result of the jet coming onto the runway.

Wild stuff. Luckily everyone was OK.
