Well, it was fun while it lasted. After a few months of speculation about The Sherriff coming to coach quarterbacks at Tennessee, Peyton Manning finally squashed the rumors last night at the Middle Tennessee Sports Awards.
Manning was the keynote speaker at the event that honors high school athletes from all over the Midstate. According to Austin Stanley and Jared Stillman of 102.5 The Game in Nashville, Manning won’t be walking the sidelines of Neyland Stadium as anything more than a fan this season…
