FINALLY, SEC football has returned.
It’s been a couple of lackluster few weeks so far, but this week really has the SEC. Having SEC games changes everything.
Kentucky @ Auburn (-10.5)
Most experts have picked this as a sleeper game in favor of the Wildcats, and it seems that Big Blue Nation thinks they’re going to be special this season. Like every freaking season.
With the return of QB Terry Wilson, that Cats are poised for a good season, BUT they meet Auburn in the first game.
Bo Nix is entering his second season, and it seems the Tigers should have the upper hand. The line is a little high, but I believe Auburn is the better team.

Army @ Cincinnati (-14.0)
Army has dismantled both of its opponents in the first two weeks. The triple option is lethal and sometimes unstoppable. Cincinnati let Austin Peay have it early, but I’m not sure how that defense can handle the Army’s rushing attack. The line for this game is way too large.

West Virginia @ Oklahoma State (-8.5)
A very intriguing matchup coming out of the Big 12 this week. Oklahoma State had a scare with Tulsa, and honestly, with the Mountaineers coming off an impressive offensive explosion against EKU, this is the upset pick of the week. Oklahoma State is ranked 15th and has no business being there right now.
West Virginia 38 Oklahoma State 24
Tennessee (-3) @ South Carolina
Finally, we can talk about our Vols.
Tennessee is ranked and has a lot of preseason hype. The Gamecocks have announced Collin Hill will make his first start, which seems like a perfect storm. The Vols line should dominate the Cocks line despite Cade Mays playing.
Controlling the line of scrimmage is a huge key to victory, and I believe the Vols can do it.
